ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM As we all know that India has largest Youth population and almost 10 million students are completing their education every year means there is a need of 10 million jobs every year but more than 9 million people are being added to the list of unemployed or disguised unemployed. The only solution to this increasing unemployment is entrepreneurship i.e. more & more job creators. For creating Entrepreneurs in bulk YHIF has designed a three phased Entrepreneurship Development Program. First Phase Personality Development Centre(s) (PDC) PDC is the basic unit of EDP by YHIF in a school, it will comprise a training program of 2 years having curriculum based on entrepreneurial needs for school children through various Lectures, video sessions, workshops, events, Camps & Competition to develop the personality and mentality required to be an entrepreneur. Second Phase Entrepreneurship Development Cell(s) (EDC) EDC is the second unit of EDP by YHIF in a college/University, it will comprise an Advanced training program for college students designed so as to give a practical shape of an entrepreneurial personality to potential entrepreneurs. In this more focus will be given to specific ideation, Networking opportunities and exposure to real time Entrepreneurial projects and to know their story and timeline. Third Phase Incubator(s) As the number of potential entrepreneurs in the region increases their will be an increase in demand for incubators to incubate the upcoming entrepreneurial projects. To fulfil this integrated incubation system by incubators of YHIF will become a boost for economy where entrepreneurs will have access to all the resources required to give their dream a shape in reality.

RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM “Soul of India still lives in villages”- and for this soul villages need to develop in an order so as they can retain the culture and ethics of India. Around 70 % of Indian population is Rural and to develop India from grass root level is to Develop Rural India. For providing opportunities to rural youth, YHIF has designed Rural Development Program which involves a training program to enhance Rural activities, simple management, cooperative skills of youth so they can develop their local villages by simple but magnificent ideas. RDP by YHIF works on the simple rural principles in an organized manner. It will be covering three major Rural kind of projects. Phase 1 Simple Self Help Groups to encourage self-employment Simple Self Help Groups to encourage self-employment This part will focus on training of Rural youth about scope and importance of different works which can be done by self or making self Help Groups. Phase 2 Co-operative Societies A bit Advanced structure where rural youth of a village which will be working in a semi-organised manner. This training involves setting up of a smaller project for a village which will be helpful in generating employment to 5-100 persons. Phase 3 Co-operative Industries Advanced and organised structure of multiple villages and working as a project in Co-operative sector. This training involves setting up of a cooperative project in specific field (For Example Diary or Tissue farming) which will be helpful in generating employment for several people.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM “The number of skilled workers and their dedication determines the number of industries in that region” India is having huge population but still we lack in number of skilled workers in different technologies. Skill Development Program aims at increasing the number of skilled workers for local and foreign technology to match industrial standards which will attract industries to set up their plants and projects in the region. SDP By YHIF is a three phased program aims at increasing the skill level of local youth matching industrial standards and make them employable. Basic This part focus on basic skills and aims at training a person in basic skills like computer typing, accounts etc so as he/she can get their livelihood at least. Advanced In this a person will be trained in association of local Industries so as to adopt domestic technology and can earn livelihood and enhance Indian industry. Foreign In this a person will be trained in association with foreign countries or Industries to be skilled for that technology and can earn a fancy livelihood and attracting Foreign Industries to operate locally.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM “The direction of development of a society depends on the direction of its leader”. Good leaders in different fields of society contribute to upliftment of living standards of that community. We all know that India is home for more den 1.2 billion population and for this huge population we need different leaders in different fields. Evolution of leadership determines the growth of society and for a better society better leaders with desired exposure and experience is necessary. We all know that we lack in number of good economic, political, social and cultural leaders, and to solve this program leadership should be encouraged in different fields. And they need to have full exposure of that particular field instead of being fed up by that normal experience of how to fed your family. To enhance leadership skills and to create leaders of future generation in different fields YHIF has designed an integrated Leadership Development program which aims at providing a platform to network and communicate with leaders from different fields and know their life story in their own words. It will consist of series of lectures, video sessions, workshops, assignments, projects, competitions which aims at providing exposure of different circumstances and opportunities.
