RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

“Soul of India still lives in villages”- and for this soul villages need to develop in an order so as they can retain the culture and ethics of India. Around 70 % of Indian population is Rural and to develop India from grass root level is to Develop Rural India. For providing opportunities to rural youth, YHIF has designed Rural Development Program which involves a training program to enhance Rural activities, simple management, cooperative skills of youth so they can develop their local villages by simple but magnificent ideas. RDP by YHIF works on the simple rural principles in an organized manner. It will be covering three major Rural kind of projects.

Phase 1

Simple Self Help Groups to encourage self-employment

 Simple Self Help Groups to encourage self-employment This part will focus on training of Rural youth about scope and importance of different works which can be done by self or making self Help Groups.

Phase 2 

​

Co-operative Societies

A bit Advanced structure where rural youth of a village which will be working in a semi-organised manner. This training involves setting up of a smaller project for a village which will be helpful in generating employment to 5-100 persons.

Phase 3

​

Co-operative Industries

Advanced and organised structure of multiple villages and working as a project in Co-operative sector. This training involves setting up of a cooperative project in specific field (For Example Diary or Tissue farming) which will be helpful in generating employment for several people.
